Dill and Cognac Salmon

Looked into the depth of my freezer and found this dinner… Atlantic Salmon (previously frozen) Marinated in Dill and Cognac , than pan seared, served on top of a melody of veggies (previously frozen) all finished in a lemon butter pepper sauce (not frozen).
TV Dinners never tasted this good!
